Both coaches are available to meet with athletes to teach proper run form and swim form. The sessions can be individual or within small group settings. The athlete will leave the evaluation with feedback on what needs to be improved and suggestions on which drills will help the most. The athlete will receive a follow up email describing the necessary drills for improvement. A follow up session is highly recommended to evaluate progress.

For coached athletes within their personal training plans will be workouts with drills to help the athlete develop proper form and techniques for swim bike and run. Coached athletes also receive a discount on in person evaluations.
