Sarah and Craig deliver personalized training plans base on the individual athletes’ schedule, goals and abilities. Together the athlete and coach set goals that will push the athlete toward their objectives while being achievable and realistic. The coach helps the athletes choose and prioritize their races for optimum performance. Along with the plans the coach provides feedback by monitoring the workouts and analyzing the data.
An in person meeting or an interview over the phone starts the process toward a successful coach athlete relationship. Unlimited contact via email and text is part of the package. Phone contact is as frequent as necessary to facilitate the training.
